welcome to my website! here you will find just a sampling of the hundreds of beautiful brides i've had the pleasure of doing make-up for over the past ten years. i feel truly lucky to have worked with such wonderful people... from talented photographers like jennifer wheeler of serendipity and shelly mosman, to models, designers, politicians and, of course, my brides. i've had only memorable experiences in my free-lance career, and i guess i live a bit vicariously when it comes to the weddings. a bit about myself... after studying art at the university of minnesota, i decided to attend the aveda institute in 1994, and i've been a make-up artist ever since. in my career, i've done everything from runway shows to political commercials. i've worked on short films, theatre, and print advertising. in addition to free-lancing, i spent seven years working as an artist for mac cosmetics at marshall fields, downtown minneapolis. weddings are my passion, but i am available for special events and lessons as well. let me know if i can be of service to you and thanks for visiting my site! nan
